Is Local Sites Pro a local website builder or an SEO tool?
Both. It generates complete, ranked local-business websites with AI (the builder), and it optimizes them with real Google Search Console data and AI (the local SEO tool). One product covers building and ongoing optimization.
Do I need my own hosting?
You connect your own free Cloudflare account and sites deploy there automatically — including the custom-domain DNS. There are no hosting fees from us, and you keep full ownership of every site.
What does the AI cost?
Content and images run on your own OpenRouter key, so you pay OpenRouter's usage directly (typically well under a dollar per site). Local Sites Pro's subscription covers the studio itself.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter is a one-time $15 for 3 lifetime websites — great for trying it. Pro is $119/year for unlimited websites plus the full prompt library, Search Console optimization and priority support.
Can I edit the sites after they're built?
Yes — every page's content, meta tags, styling and images are editable from the dashboard, and rebuildable any time. You can also add pages later.
How does the AI assistant integration work?
Local Sites Pro ships an MCP server. Connect it once and Claude or ChatGPT can create, edit, optimize and publish your sites, grounded in your real Search Console data. Claude works out of the box; ChatGPT needs Developer Mode.
