Terms of Service

Last updated August 12, 2026

Agreement

By creating an account or using Local Sites Pro (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Local Sites Pro is a studio for generating, deploying and optimizing local-business websites using AI. Websites you create are deployed to your own Cloudflare account, and AI content is generated using your own OpenRouter key. You are responsible for maintaining those third-party accounts and for any charges they incur.

Plans, billing & refunds

The Service is offered on paid plans, including a one-time Starter plan and a recurring annual Pro subscription. Prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time and retain access through the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing on a going-forward basis.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, spammy, or that violates the policies of the third-party platforms it relies on (including Google, Cloudflare and OpenRouter). You are responsible for the websites and content you generate and publish, and for ensuring they comply with applicable laws, including advertising and consumer-protection rules.

Your content & ownership

You retain ownership of the websites and content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service (for example, to store, render and deploy your content on your behalf). We retain ownership of the Service itself, including its software, templates and branding.

AI-generated content

Content is generated by AI models and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content before publishing or relying on it. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic or business outcomes.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (Supabase, Stripe, OpenRouter, Cloudflare, Google, Bento). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; websites already deployed to your own Cloudflare account remain yours.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
