Privacy Policy

Local Sites Pro (“we”, “us”) provides an AI studio for building and optimizing local-business websites. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Local Sites Pro is designed to run on your own accounts and keys — your hosting, your AI provider and your data stay under your control.

Account information. Your name and email address when you create an account.

API keys & connections you provide. Your OpenRouter key (AI content), your Cloudflare API token (hosting), and, if you connect it, a Google account token for Search Console. These are stored to operate the service on your behalf and are never shared with third parties or exposed to AI assistants. Google refresh tokens are held server-side only.

Content & usage. The websites, prompts and settings you create, plus basic usage and billing records.

Search Console analytics. If you connect Google Search Console, we fetch performance data (impressions, clicks, CTR, queries, pages) for the properties you choose, to show in your dashboard and power optimization.

To provide, operate, secure and improve the service; to build and deploy the websites you request; to display your analytics; to process payments; and to communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information.

We rely on a small set of processors to run the service, each handling only what their function requires:

• Supabase — authentication and database.
• Stripe — subscription payments (we never store card numbers).
• OpenRouter — AI content and images, via your key.
• Cloudflare — website hosting, via your account.
• Google — Search Console data, if you connect it.
• Bento — transactional email.

Local Sites Pro's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We request the Search Console (Webmasters) scope solely to read your performance data and submit sitemaps at your direction. We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide the feature you requested. You can disconnect Google at any time from your account settings.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can remove connections, keys and websites at any time. To delete your account and associated personal data, contact us and we will process the request within a reasonable period, subject to legal and billing record-keeping requirements.

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls and server-side-only storage of sensitive tokens. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
