Privacy Policy

Local Sites Pro (“we”, “us”) provides an AI studio for building and optimizing local-business websites. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Local Sites Pro is designed to run on your own accounts and keys — your hosting, your AI provider and your data stay under your control.

Account information. Your name and email address when you create an account.

API keys & connections you provide. Your OpenRouter key (AI content), your Cloudflare API token (hosting), and, if you connect it, a Google account token for Search Console. These are stored to operate the service on your behalf and are never shared with third parties or exposed to AI assistants. Google refresh tokens are held server-side only.

Content & usage. The websites, prompts and settings you create, plus basic usage and billing records.

Website visits. When you browse localsites.pro or app.localsites.pro, we collect the pages you view, the buttons you use, your approximate location (country and city, from your IP address, which Google Analytics does not store), your browser and device type, and the website or campaign that brought you here. Search Console analytics. If you connect Google Search Console, we fetch performance data (impressions, clicks, CTR, queries, pages) for the properties you choose, to show in your dashboard and power optimization.

To provide, operate, secure and improve the service; to build and deploy the websites you request; to display your analytics; to process payments; to understand which pages and marketing channels lead to sign-ups and purchases; and to communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We rely on a small set of processors to run the service, each handling only what their function requires:

• Supabase — authentication and database.
• Stripe — subscription payments (we never store card numbers).
• OpenRouter — AI content and images, via your key.
• Cloudflare — website hosting, via your account.
• Google — Search Console data, if you connect it.
• Google Analytics — measurement of visits, sign-ups and purchases on our own websites.
• Bento — transactional email.

We use a small number of cookies. None of them are advertising cookies, and we do not share data with advertising networks.

Your choice. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the Google Analytics and lsp_attr cookies are set only after you choose Accept. If you choose Decline, they are not set and any that exist are removed. Visitors elsewhere are measured by default and can opt out at any time. Your choice applies to both localsites.pro and app.localsites.pro.

Change your choice here: Cookie settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.

Google Analytics data is processed by Google, which may store it in the United States. We have advertising features and ad personalization turned off, and we keep event data for up to 14 months. Google explains how it handles this data in its partner sites policy.

Local Sites Pro's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We request the Search Console (Webmasters) scope solely to read your performance data and submit sitemaps at your direction. We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide the feature you requested. You can disconnect Google at any time from your account settings.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can remove connections, keys and websites at any time. To delete your account and associated personal data, contact us and we will process the request within a reasonable period, subject to legal and billing record-keeping requirements.

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls and server-side-only storage of sensitive tokens. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time. Contact us to exercise these rights.
